5 out of 5- very bright, November 06, 2009
Reviewer: 86wagon from north little rock, AR

i opened the box today after waiting anxiously for a week for it to come in, but the wait was worth it! the box had the light, two cr123 batteries (not surefire ones or anything but will do), a pressure switch, and the ring. all parts of the light are anodized aluminum as is the mounting ring.

Performance
as far as tactical lights go, this on is insanely bright, brighter than my d cell maglite led! and a whole lot smaller!
this is SO much cheaper than surefire and they don't come with a mounting ring or a pressure switch!
granted it's not as good as a surefire, but on a budget it can't be beat.

pros:
all anodized aluminum!
Very, very bright!
easy to use
a lot of accessories included
awesome looking strike bezel
UTG

cons:
not the greatest batteries

if you're looking for a nice, cheap, bright light for either handheld or firearm use, this is your light!
P.S. this IS a firearms grade weapons light, not just for airsoft guns

2 out of 5- looks cool... and that's it, November 07, 2009
Reviewer: 86wagon from north little rock, AR

to start out with, this gun is made by cybergun under the name swiss arms.

the box:
what i got with my gun was a mag, the gun, and a small bag of bbs (i threw these out 'cause you never can trust the box bbs ;))

The gun:
when i took it out of the box i was surprised at the weight of it, FULL METAL! The mag weighs as much as a loaded 9mm mag! And the gun made a satisfying CHA CHINK when cocked. The thing i don't like about it though is the sights. They are a front post and for the rear it is nothing more than a piece of metal coming out of the slide... useless. The slide, as i was disappointed to find out, was a shell design with screws in it.

Performance:
well i loaded 17 .20gs in the mag, and stuck it in the gun. It sounded AWESOME! i racked the slide and pulled the trigger... nothing, racked it again - a bb comes out the barrel. I can't tell you the performance of the gun 'CAUSE IT WOULDN'T FIRE!!! I found out that something was wrong with the chamber and was too tight, and the piston couldn't push it out. All the air was coming out the back of the gun.

Pros:
full metal
sounds really cool
nice mag

Cons:
IT DOESN'T FIRE!
IT DOESN'T FIRE!
the mag drops randomly without pushing the release.

So if you're looking for a wall hanger, this is your gun. However if you want an airsoft gun that fires, you need to get something else - maybe try one of the thousands of p226 replicas. And stay away from cybergun.

UTG Tactical Flashlight Ring

5 out of 5- nice, November 09, 2009
Reviewer: 86wagon from north little rock, AR

I got one of these rings when i ordered my utg 6v LED (awesome light), and it looks awesome. the ring is completely anodized aluminum and isn't reflective in any way.
I've seen these on other sites(not airsoft) for as much as 20 bucks! so you know it's good. the clamping system is clever and effective, you can take off the light from your gun and still have the light in the gun.

Weighs the same as a loaded 9mm mag, but the weight rattles inside.
