5 out of 5- This Shotgun is Epic, April 24, 2009
Reviewer: Redhawk90811 from Fort Drum, NY

I'm not personally a bb gun fighter (i don't play - it is a sport). But when it comes to holding off your room from younger siblings, its fear factor of looking like an actual combat shotgun is enough to make them run.

If you're thinking about getting a multi shot, this is a definite buy. The other UTG multi shot is lot more CQB, but it blasts the .2 bb's so hard that accuracy is quickly lost. Pain wise though...

i would see the utg being more useful.

It only takes one hit though - the other two are for insurance.

Galaxy G.1A Full Metal Spring Airsoft Pistol & Mock Suppressor

$14.99

4 out of 5- Pocket "protector", May 05, 2009
Reviewer: Redhawk90811 from Fort Drum, NY

For the Price that it is, the gun is a great buy, it's solid(except the mock suppressor)

Pro's
-it's full metal, not gonna break anytime soon
-comfortable weight and handling, even for a mini
-hurts a lot more than most would think

Con's
-low mag
-can't take apart to replace anything (you get what you pay for)
-the accuracy is great, but for only about 80ft, after that i watched the bb do a 90 degree turn upward into the sky and in other directions
-the suppressor is easily broken

Conclusion.
Great gun, low price, lasts a long time.
but moral of the story, you get what you pay for.

PS, don't load until you want to fire, there's no safety on the gun

SCP-LS168 LASER

UTG Tactical Laser Sight

$34.99

5 out of 5- A laser is a laser, May 28, 2009
Reviewer: Redhawk90811 from Fort Drum, NY

and this a good laser.

just now fixing it on to my gun, i realize that its compact, and very solid.

only thing i have personally with it,
is that the beam is so bright anything on your gun with a gloss is immediately given away, so anything shiny on your gun will draw attention to yourself when it's lit up.

though that is a con,
the pro half is that you can easily beam on someone while tracking the laser without losing sight of it. a common problem with mid to long ranges.

so, buy it. it comes with a button switch that's on the laser, or a pressure switch that's on the end of a cord so you can activate it in whatever fashion proves useful to you.

it's a good deal, even though it was expensive, it is definitely worth it.

even comes in a nice metal box with tough foam around everything. so you don't have to worry about anything being broken during shipping.

ECHO 1 E90 E.T.W. AEG Airsoft Gun
Full Metal Receiver

$169.99

5 out of 5- BA weapon, July 07, 2009
Reviewer: Redhawk90811 from Fort Drum, NY

lots of included rails for upgrades,
and stays balanced even with heavier scopes, lasers and suppressors (i suggest getting one for this gun).
only con would be the rate of fire,
but personally i would say that's a good thing.
sometimes the "hammer" works faster then the bb's will fall into the chamber.
And bb's are too expensive to be blowing all of them in one match.
paintballs are expensive, this sports spirit is to combat price, and build realism. if it isn't cost effective then i may as well pick up my tippman and use my guns for plinking.
and you only need one pellet to hit someone , this gun will not fail on accuracy, it beats the neighbor kid's echo1 m4, if not, gets damn close, for the smaller package that this tunnel crawler is capable of.
vertical mags are old news. they get in the way and with how expensive they are, who wants to crawl in the brush and risk ruining them.
yet another epic situation where the P90 prevails.
where the mags are secure in the gun and don't interfere with your performance in the field. guns are supposed to work for you, not vice versa.
more or less to say.
this gun is sturdy, compact, comfortable, and still packs a punch.

UHC Sig Sauer P228 Softair Spring Pistol Silver

$19.99

4 out of 5- Good, but not great, October 26, 2009
Reviewer: Redhawk90811 from Fort Drum, NY

has good reliability,
reloading magazines is awkward,
has a comfortable grip.

though the gun may feel solid i have noticed a few pieces that may break off the gun. they wouldn't inhibit the gun at all but that's still not really something to pay 20 bucks for.

go for the m9 heavyweight.
first gun,
never failed.

Sig Sauer P226 Full Metal Softair Spring Pistol

$29.99

4 out of 5- Good, but not great, November 04, 2009
Reviewer: Redhawk90811 from Fort Drum, NY

Based on the three spring handguns i own,
with a .2 bb.
this one is falls into maybe second place.

Galaxy G.1, has great power, good range, godly accuracy but a small mag not to mention it's full metal and is durable as hell(dropped more then once on concrete).

UHC SIG 228, okay power, decent range, but has an uncomfortable feel and crap accuracy, plus it's kinda tacky(a lot of seams and excess plastic).

And this Gun, the SIG SAUER 226, lack of power, great accuracy, good mag, and amazing grip and feel, plus a rail :)

so my verdict is that this gun, based on the other three,
is a good sidearm. i wouldn't engage anyone with it because you will find yourself falling short unless they are seriously about 20-25 feet away.

however,
i have found that the meager .12 bb doubles the range to almost 60ft.
but you will lose a lot of the accuracy.

4 out of 5- Great Construction, November 13, 2009
Reviewer: Redhawk90811 from Fort Drum, NY

Very well made and very durable,
however,
it is not compatible with any of the sig 228's,
because the height of the gun and where the rail is located.
