Q: What function does a Tappet Plate perform in an AEG?

A: A tappet plate moves with the gears in a gearbox of an AEG. It functions to move the air nozzle back and forth with each cycle of the gears. Thus, this movement allows the air nozzle to load one BB into the barrel for each cycle of the AEG's gearbox.
