- Alright, look., July 25, 2005
"these bbs are good, but they are not much more accurate than the kwc .2s, and they take distamnce down hugely"
From the Rumor Dispulsion Desk: First off, only use .25g BB's if you have a gun that needs to use .25g BB's. That is, anything that'll throw a BB in the 350-400 FPS range with a .2g would probably benefit from a .25 instead. In general, an upgraded AEG (some of the ICS guns come upgraded to the point that they would benefit from heavier ammo) and higher powered gas guns like the CO2 Desert Eagle, CO2 Sigma, and HFC's CO2 M9.
This is for the following reasons:
- Heavier BB's will have a flatter trajectory. They will arc over the impact point due to hop up less while traveling the same distance. They also retain momentum better than a lighter BB and will not slow down or 'flutter' in as short a distance.
- Heavier BB's are less affected by wind and will stay on target better.
- A heavier BB can take more backspin (hopup) without wiffling off into the stratosphere, which can in turn make them more accurate horizontally.
HOWEVER.
If your gun does not fire with enough power to propel a .25g BB fast enough you will see a performance and range DECREASE, and in the case of some cheap AEG's you can cause long term damage to your air nozzle, piston, and gearing by firing BB's that are too heavy (Boys series guns and glorified minis, as well as minis themselves). While firing a .25 gram BB out of a gun that's not designed to shoot something that heavy will probably increase your horizontal accuracy some (for the reasons listed above) a BB that is too heavy out of a gun that's not meant to fire it will have less range and less velocity than the correct (lighter) weight BB that the gun is designed to fire.
That said, the KSC BB's are one of if not the best brands of high grade BB available in the country (outside of Europe and Asia our ammo and gas choices are more limited) and I highly recommend them for all medium to high quality guns. They are more consistent in surface, shape, and structure than cheaper BB's, and without ugliness like pockmarks, out-of-round pieces, and mould flashings they're likely to be gentler on your gun as well.
I highly recommend these over any off brand or brandless BB's, regardless of how the cheap stuff may proclaim to be 'high grade'.

- Awesome Yet Again, April 16, 2007
On all the KSC BBs, their phenominal. I suggest buying all KSC BBs for your guns (Of course using the right ones for the right guns). KSC BBs are high polished and dont jam at all or jam much much less than using any other kind of BB.
Expensive than all the others, but that's to be expected. This company is like the freakin best for manufacturing BBs.
My suggestion, buy KSC BBs for all your guns if you want the truelly best for your guns.
Rating this review would be nice, thanks for reading.

- UNBEATABLE!, May 28, 2006
I use these bb's in my UTG Warhawk, and I'm way impressed, I never knew that just changing your bb's could improve the velocity and accuracy so much of your gun. I virtually have no jams anymore and am now able to shoot 20-30 feet longer, effectivly. These bb's are definly worth the price, and there biodegradable too, which means, after time they dissolve in the ground. So there enviormentaly approved. Truly, in my opinion, If you love your gun and want to take the best care of it, with the longest life, KSC is the way to go. These bb's will definly improve your velocity too. They do what there suppose too and fire great!
Highly HIGHLY reccommend putting these bb's into ANY AEG or other quality gun. You wouldn't put cheap-o gas in a ferrari, so why would you put anything less than KSC in your airsoft gun!?!? These truly are the highest Ultra Grade BB's you can get! And they are SO worth the price!
Hope this helped

- for large guns only, August 24, 2006
The purpose of heavier bbs are to have a longer EFFECTIVE range and for more power, however if you do not have a gun that can handle them you would have wasted your money, if you are a sniper or have a larger gun, these will give you an advantage, otherwise you will be stuck with 5000 worthless plastic pellets.

- High Quality BB's = High Quality Performance., February 23, 2006
I completely agree with the first review. Only use these bb's if you have a gas gun or AEG that has enough power to handle the extra weight! If you do have a gun that can handle these bb's, then by all means get them. I find them to be very accurate in gas guns, never jam up, and even though they slow down the speed of your gun, the have more hitting power. Overall, by these bb's if your gun can handle the weight. Like shorty says, you have to put the best into your gun to get the best out of it.
Hope I helped

- KSC .25g BB's, March 24, 2005
These BB's are extremely accurate and work well even in relatively low powered spring guns for close-range skirmishing, they are every bit as good as TM or AE.

- Nice, October 01, 2005
These BB's are nice... Just use some common sence. Unless you are going to be using a 300-400 fps Rifle or AEG I really wouldn't reccomend them. The Actual FPS of the gun went up after using these bullets. But, many spring pistols will NOT fare well with these BB's.

- Awsome BB's, December 08, 2005
I use these only for competitions, there to precious to use when i'm just shooting around the house. High quility, and biodegradable, what more could you want. If you want .2's and .25's KSC is the way to go.

- Don't get me wrong these are great., September 12, 2006
Usually you don't need anything more than .2 but these are good .25's but .2s are accurate enough.
