It stays up without moving, and having the two extra mag puches is very helpful, they aren't too big though, so I'm not sure if a large mag would fit. (I only use them for my P99 and M9 mags.) It doesn't interfere with my movement too much, and after having it on for a bit, I don't really notice it being there. Overall it is a good belt, and having the extra mag pouches helps... It is very easy to adjust to custom fit as well as being able to hold any neccessary attachments. The magazine pouches that come with it work pretty well. You can use it to attach your holsters or other things to, and the pistol pouches are very cool. If you want, you can always take off the pistol pouches too, which is what my friend did. Your tac vest can also be strapped onto this belt. Very well built, heavy belt that won't go and break after rolling around in it. Easy to adjust, fits anyone. So I got myself a pistol belt, and a holster too, Now i hold a gun, and three extra mags. The picture really doesnt do this thing justice, it's big, beefy and heavy duty.
