If you have ever wasted an hour searching for a lost pistol after it fell out of your holster during a firefight, you will understand the importance of having a pistol lanyard. With one end attached to your pistol and the other attached to your belt or vest you can charge through thick underbrush without having to worry if your sidearm will still be with you when you emerge from the other side. Since the cable is coiled similar to a phone cord so it will not inhibit your ability to draw your side arm and shoot normally.

Constructed of coiled steel cable with protective rubber exterior laminate.

Attaches to belt or vest webbing via Velcro loop.

Secures to your pistol via provided metal hook, or you can remove the hook and double the para cord though your pistols lanyard loop.

this is amazing. in light of what camoman45 said, it does look a little dorky, but it's better than losing a very expensive pistol. i use it to hold my echo 1 minigun on my pistol belt. this is very a high quality lanyard. i once had someone actually try to steal my gbb m9 by cutting the lanyard. right on the field in the middle of a game! no joke! luckily the lanyard is reinforced with a steel cable. anyways, this is a very good lanyard.

P.S. - i was joking about the echo 1 minigun on my pistol belt.

- Nice money saver........., September 01, 2010

First off, I should tell you that this little thing is a good piece of equipment if you have had trouble keeping your pistol in you pants, LOL.

Ok now the real review:

I own this and i like using it on my gbb 1911 that i own, it is nice to know that you will always have your sidearm on you instead of grabbing it when you need it only to find out that you dropped it in the woods. I would only buy this if you have problems with loosing you guns. It looks a little dorky and can be hard to work around when you are trying to fire it but it is nicer than loosing a 100 dollar pistol

security of keeping you gun
let's you know when you dropped it

Cons:
hard to work around
looks dumb
