 - This is a great gun, April 27, 2006 this ggun is truly one of the best sniper rifles out there, and easily the best in its class. Now having it in Olive Drab is a big help, because if you play in woodland, as most of the U.S. is, you have a camoflauge, however, i would still suggest purchasing a Ghille Suit, and Gun Wrap.
Pros:
hard hitter, good fps
accurate, once you dial in the scope
cool looking, and new finishes are awesome
OD for woodland environment
cool bolt action
comes with a weaver rail
price
Cons:
none at all

 - WOW!, April 30, 2006 TO LET EVERYONE KNOW: This is not a BS review. i actually have this gun and this isn't one of those "oh this looks sick oh man its so cool oh oh oh" kind of reviews. This review will not waste your time IN ANY WAY. Without further adue, I present to you My review of the UTG M234 Sniper Rifle.
I recieved my gun today (wenesday) after ordering it on MONDAY (Thank you so much shorty) and i was grateful. Picking up the box with the rifle and scope was tough, the package weighed almost 12 pounds!
Opening the box:
I opened up the box to find the gun neatly packed in two pieces, the firing part (full metal) and the stock/body (some sort of composite). Also included was a smoke speed loader, deluxe non-slip sling, 2 clips, a bipod, spacers (for the stock) and barrel cleaning/unjamming rod. I ripped off the clear plastic wrapping that covered the styrofoam and the first thing i noticed when picking up the gun is the weight. The actual firing part is pretty heavy, and the stock is weighed down with weights. This actually balances the gun well. I slipped the firing part into the body and cocked the gun. Wow, that was tough. I noticed a lot of friction when pulling the bolt back. I quickly pulled the trigger and a little noise came out the gun. I was suprised on how quiet it was, expecting it to be louder. When shorty says that it can drown out the sound of a soda can, they mean it. NOTE: you have to put the screws that hold the body in a certain way, ill explain later in this review.
Looks:
As i said earlier, the firing part is full metal and the body is a composite plastic that covers a metal shell. This gun feels incredibly solid. The barrel and outer barrel feel incredibly solid and are metal. When shouldering this gun, the stock fits comfortably on your shoulder. There is a weaver mount rail on the top of this gun (for the scope) and near the front on the bottom (for the bipod) . With the scope and bipod on this gun, it looks like a beast. There is texture on the plastic where both of your hands should go (some on the handle and some on the grip).
Extra goodies:
This gun comes with the two 25 round clips, speed loader, bipod, and non-slip sling. The two 25 round clips work great. Let me first say that the speedloader is a great tool. I can fill each clip with 25 bbs in less than 10 seconds. The speedloader holds 100, give or take. Each clip fires flawlessly, without any misfires or leaving any bbs still in it at the end. The sling is actually non-slip, i just havn't put it on the gun yet so i have no idea how good it works. I am happy with the bipod they included. It is EXTREMELY easy to use, you just attach it to the rail on the handguard and pull down the two little knobs to fold it up and down. My only complaint is that it swivels. While this may be a plus for some people, i find it annoying that it will not stay still when i try to aim with it. I guess its personal preference. The scope i bought with it
(UTG 4X32 Mil-Dot Airsoft Rifle Scope) is great. The adjustment knobs couldn't be any easier to use.
Well enough about the gun, lets get to the shooting!
---Shooting the M234---
First, i loaded the clip with the very convienient speedloader and put it into the gun. I pulled back on the cocking bolt and pulled the trigger. I watched as the cheap-o ______ brand bb soared through the air and travel about 130 feet. That was with hop-up off. I have yet to up the hop-up, seeing as how it curves with .2, so i will try this later. As soon as I put the scope on, i noticed that it goes slightly to the right, then curves in to the middle. This is not a big problem, though, because its probably got something to do with the crappy bbs and the fact that they are .2 gram. And the bbs do not curve enough to make you miss, just enough to annoy you a little. I have yet to try .23, .25, or .28 but i will try to get the results in when i do. Overall shooting is great. I also shot at a soda can. From about 15 feet away I easily hit it. Again at 30, the can easily went down. from 50, 60, and 70 feet away I could hit about 4 out of 5 shots.
Tips: As I stated before, the frame of the gun and the firing part are held together by three screws. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you put these screws in the correct order or you may damage the piston. If you take the gun and put it so that the bottom faces up and the barrel points away from you, you will notice 3 screw holes that go down the bottom of the gun. Take out the bag of screws provided and get 3 of the different sizes. Then, starting with the smallest screw, put them in. Small goes into the hole at the top near the rail, the medium screw goes into, you guessed it, the middle, and the largest goes into the hole behind the trigger guard. Once you have finished putting in these screws, your gun will be very sturdy. I also said above that the bolt was hard to cock back in the beginning. After firing it atleast 50 times, and feeling no change in bolt pull, I decided to lube it. You can probably use any kind of lube, if you have gun oil laying around it will work great. First, pull the bolt back all the way and let it sit there. Then, apply some lube to all the metal showing. Next, apply some lube to the "ejection port hole" in the side of the gun. After that, put the bolt forward and again lube the mock ejection port hole. After doing this I found that it was much easier and smoother to cock.
To sum up all of what i just said:
Pros
Great Accuracy and distance
Good enough clip size
Solid build
Durable
Relistic look and feel
Many metal parts
Comes with many goodies
Cons
Kinda big and hard to manuever
Bolt may be hard to cock for smaller people
May be too heavy for weaker people
As you see here, most of the cons are very minor. This being the first sniper rifle I have ever held, shot, or owned, I think it is a great gun. If your looking for a powerful, accurate, and far-shooting gun this is for you, even if this is your first high-power gun or if you have experience.

 - THE GREATEST SNIPER EVER!, May 30, 2006
THIS THING IS AWESOME! I got the UTG M324 Spring Airsoft Sniper Rifle 2 weeks ago, and just had a chance to use it in battle! this thing is awesome, I made my friends ear bleed, COOL! When I first got this gun, I opened it up, and was amazed by the authentic, realistic construction of this gun, it really does look and feel like a real sniper rifle! This gun was super cheap, and I was Even fortunate to find it for $90 bucks, which I would have paid well over $140 for this thing!
This thing is super long and kinda heavy, just like a sniper should be! It's extremly accurate with an explosively high FPS! its awesome! It's bullseye accurate and I was easily able to hit a basketball in my front yard from about 100ft away, 3 times in a row!
UTG makes great products, and this is defintly one of them, for sure! I wish I could give this thing 459 stars, but theres only 5, bummer!
The look of this gun is incredible and has a very nice, realistic olive finish that glistens in the night. Like a ghost's shadow this is the true stealth assassin. I was really impressed with this gun and would have paid a lot more for it, a lot more...
I would HIGHLY reccomend getting this gun, it carries the UTG name brand, so you know it's good. My friend also has the Desert Camo edition, which is really cool, but I still like mine better!
Hope This Helped!

P.s. (Did I mention the super high velocity?)

 - WOW!!, April 26, 2006 I personally do not own this gun. My friend went out of town for a week and let me feed his stupid fat dog(he knows who he is). He got his from who knows where, but for 99$ too. Let me tell you why you need to immedatly purchase this gun:
This baby packs an enourmous punch. I used a soda can(full) as a target. It blew me away. I was about 50 feet away, and it was a clean sweep, straight thru. And I'll tell you something, this IS a sniper rifle. Get a scope too, because 1)you need it and 2)its looks retarded without it. Pretty easy to cock, you can use one hand, but not one finger. Extremely far away targets are no match. Ammo is pretty good, but get a mini as a secondary, and clip it to your hand the hold the barrel. Extremely durable too. GET IT!

 - Great Addition, April 26, 2006 Now, the M324 is a great rifle, and is very quiet. But the black doesn't go well with trees. I have used this gun in battles and Olive Drab makes it easier to pick of little fools. If you battle in forest areas, this is great. Plus, using good BB's, this can accurately snipe across fields, or at least I can. People, if you have a good shot, get this. If not, get a Hi-cap springer, or AEG, like the UTG Warhawk.

 - Nice Gun, May 01, 2006 My friend decided to get this sniper over th super 9, and i don't blame him because he wanted a powerful sniper out of the box, not one that needs to be upgraded to leap above the compotition.(i myself would have choosen the super 9, because i'm pretty good at mechcanical stuff and would be constantly upgrading it) The UTG sniper doesn't seem to be as easily upgradable as the super 9, but nun the less, it is powerful from the get go. My friends preticular gunseems hard to cock compared to what shorty's test gun sounds like.(i mean none of my friends or i can cock it using one finger) It also makes a louder sound it seems like than shorty said because when we were playing a night game, he shot at another one of my friends, and it made a louder noice then when i shot a can with my MP5 like 5 feet away. Over all, though, who really needs a EXTREMELY quite of a gun, and why do you need to cock a gun with one finger? Its a very nive gun. and i recommened it for any and everyone.

 - Awesome, April 26, 2006 As a sniper for my airsoft team I think this is a great idea. I mean I use my ghillie suit my UTG M324 (Black) and a rifle cover and people don't find me ever! Since usually my gun is the only item that really sticks out then the more camo the better! 5 stars!
