Made out of the same material as wetsuites these Neoprene Masks are a valuable asset to your skirmish loadout. While they will not offer the same amount of protection as a hard plastic mask they will absorb a lions share of the impact and reduce that uncomfortable stinging sensation. Their advantage is that since they are made out of 3mm thick Neoprene these masks will form to the shape of your face so you can sight down your rifle normally which is impossible in a conventional face mask.
Not for eye protection. Must be used in conjunction with safety goggles.
Strap secures at the back of the head with velcro. Adjustable for most adult sizes.
Low profile design is excellent for snipers!

It's very comfortable and looks really cool. it's very easy to put on and off - you just Velcro each side.

Are you one of those people who only wear glasses into battle? If you are, get this. I got this and it's great camo.

Doesn't pad the bb enough - feels just like you got hit with nothing covering your face.

Overall, if you want to get this because you want the padding and it looks cool, don't get it. If you're just getting this for the camo effects, this is perfect for you.

- Nice Replacement for Face Mask, November 27, 2009
For the past 4 years of my airsoft experience, I've been wearing face masks to skirmishes which are great and all, but there comes a point when they become annoying. In most cases, the lenses would fog up, and the mask itself is just too bulky to allow me to even use my iron sights properly. So, being that I do have a full set of US Army ACU's (from JROTC), this masks matches perfectly with the uniform. Anyway, the mask itself is great, and a bit cheaper than your average face mask. The portion that covers your mouth is ventilated so it's fairly easily to breath normally, and the mask has a snug fit, and one size fits all (usually). Obviously there's no protection for the eye region, so I use a pair of standard clear safety glasses, which fit right on top, and now I can look down iron sights or through a scope with no trouble at all. It's a great replacement for face masks, especially if you use a bolt action (long-ranged) rifle often, or even if you just don't want to look like a paintball player any more! The velcro strap on the back is half decent, and allows for easy adjustments in size. Anyway, just get this mask if you're also fed up of wearing a full paintball mask (those are what kids wear anyway). As far as the protection itself is concerned, the mask does a pretty decent job of taking away the sting of a powerful gun, but it's not as protective as plastic (what are you gonna' do?). 5/5 Stars, good for price, and nice look. DON'T PAUSE, just BUY IT!

Although it doesn't protect as well as an actual plastic mask, it does provide adequate protection while allowing the shooter to use shooting glasses versus goggles that tend to fog up and get sweaty to the point of being useless. I've been shot in the face two or three times and it wasn't that bad. In fact, I had no mark the next day ....

The mask would be the way to go With the ACU pattern it blends in to most environments. It is very comfortable, and warm, which can be good and bad.
Cold weather is probably where you want to use this most. However, it works alright up to i'd say about 70 degrees. Would not suggest it to warm weather players.
It is very easy to adjust.
Goggles will make this feel more firm onto your face. The second picture with glasses going into the mask is a bad idea. You will be adjusting your glasses and mask an entire match, with no result, and risking an eye shot as the glasses are what are considered very minimal protection.
The "padding", is enough to make bb's feel like taps on your face. just be sure that the mask is on tight though. any space would make the bb continue to travel and turn the tap into a minor sting.
overall,
great equipment, when worn properly.

this mask is very cool and it gives good protection to the face. of course it's not as good as a full face mask, but if you like to be able to aim then this is what you should get. it covers the mouth, and it's actually pretty easy to breath through the holes they give you for the nose and mask. It's also pretty comfortable and I put it to the test and had my friend shoot me with it on and it stings just a little and leaves no mark.

This thing is absolutely terrible. I bought one of these and found that not only do you look like an ugly skunk, but it's very uncomfortable too. Not only that but if you try to put any pair of goggles on it, it'll just ride up on you until it completely is covering your eyes. I guess what I am mostly upset about was the design which was very poorly done. Once I cut it and removed the part above the nose I found that by wearing this with some bulkier goggles (not too bulky 'cause I can still see through my scope easily) it worked like a charm.
Now I don't know what badboy is talking about --probably doesn't even own this -- but the padding is very good. Even the higher quality aegs won't penetrate this easily and the bb will deflect off of it without any harm to your face. That is unless you are about two feet from the enemy. In that case you probably deserve to get shot unless you were sneaking up on him for a silent kill.
Overall I say the design was a fail and highly suggest not buying this. If you do, cut the part around the eyes off and wear more than just glasses. You won't look half bad and you will be more comfortable.
Material/padding is a five in my mind.

I thought this mask was only going to look cool, but it actually works. The camo isn't perfect but it blends in way better than black masks. The digital camo is supposed to disrupt your enemy's aim but i found that it only makes you look very cool. The padding works very well from a distance but if you are shot from point blank range it will hurt. The nice thing is that it lets you aim down the iron sights much easier than plastic masks. I'm a sniper and it works very well for me because I can aim down the scope without taking my mask off and I still maintain my como. If you don't have one you should buy one soon.

I got this; it is really cool and nice to wear! It goes good with the rest of my camo and blends in! It drains hearing so that you cannot hear incoming enemies. It gets very hot and sweaty, so i take it off every now and then, like when i am reloading my gun or something. It is good; the price is awesome. i personally think that every sniper or just plain shooter should have one. I am 14 so it fits perfectly.
