5 out of 5- Great magazine

In reply to the "ten shots only?" reveiw, its a SNIPER RIFLE magazine. Its not an AEG magazine. It is not meant to hold 300 rounds. Also the real Remington M700 BDL (the model with a detechable mag) only holds 3-5 rounds depending on the caliber. This KJW mag has a great build quality but is not very durable. Like with most airsoft guns, if you drop it, it will break. I was using my friends KJW M700 Take Down and i accidentally droped the mag out of the gun. The mag then started to unevenly distribute gas every time I fired the gun. So i had to buy him a new magazine!

My advice, dont't drop the mag!

3 out of 5- 1 shot 1 kill?

First off - The "Sniper Motto"

everyone that says the sniper motto, "1 shot 1 kill" should realize that airsoft sniper rifles and real sniper rifles are VERY different, one goes a 6000 feet the other one goes 200 feet. In airsoft when your getting rushed by 2-3 people who have automatics, your not likely to fire 3 rounds and hit each and every one of them without getting hit quite a few times. If you think you can get 1 shot one kill i suggest you take a magazine filled with 1 bb. And give somebody else an AEG with 400 rounds and lets see who will win shall we?

Second off - The magazine itself

Overall the magazine is well built but even the glorious sniper should have more then 10 rounds in its magazine...ill give it a 3 out of 5.

4 out of 5- 10 rounds is not that much

Most sniper rifle mags hold around 25 rounds but this one is 10. Atomic duck is not dumb he didn't say he wanted 300 rounds. 10 shots is not good for any type of airsoft gun. 10 shots for $35 it should be 25 shots for $30.

5 out of 5- Good mag if u know what ur doing holding a sniper rifle

...this is a SNIPER rifle not a f***ing aeg it was designed to take out targets quickly, quietly and efficiently from a place out of the line of fire, if u are incapable of keeping ur gun in good enough condition to keep it consitantly accurate then way to go u just threw 300$ down the drain the rifle that uses this mag is a high end gun and will shoot accurately if taken care of that means a case, lubing after every war and exremely gentle handling. now if u are incapable of landing a shot on the first try then drop the f***ing sniper and go spend the money on a good aeg 280$ is more than enough to get a decent gun.

as for the mag if u have the touch to be a sniper and u land hits on the first try then this is a very good investment it is a 10 round mag not huge capacity but more than enough to take out the guy in ur sights i personally dont play sniper anymore but i still do hold a very high rank in the rifle squad at cadets. i can get a half inch grouping from 50 yrds... i do not miss...
i shoot a bolt action winchester .22 or a smith and wesson .45 neither of these guns even have clips u load directly into the ejection port.

So i say again if u arent cut out to snipe then go get an aeg when u can hit a moving target consitently on the first shot then we'll talk about investing on a 300$ sniper.

ps i dont mean to be an asshole im just tryin to tell you who is cut out to use this kind of thing... it disturbs me that any kid with $$$ can go out and buy a gun that has a 10 round clip then complain about it not being a good gun it just puts way to many posers out there.

-.22 shooter -> base "target neutralized"

5 out of 5- 10 rounds is bad...Yea Right

I just received my KJW M700 Non-Takedown model a few days ago. ... The whole point of a sniper is one shot one kill. Ten rounds could last me about 2 rounds. The rounds could be anywhere between thirty minutes to an hour and all I would need was ten shots. This is a very reliable magazine tha is compatible with the Tanaka model as well as the KJW. There is also a high capacity magazine for the Tanka that is also compatible with the KJW. Overall this magazine is a good buy.

5 out of 5- Agreament

I agree with Bgwheeler airsoft sniper rifles and real rifles are totally different objects. and yes the snipers motto is "one shot one kill" I know this because my older brother is an ex-marine scout/sniper.

5 out of 5- Its that way for a reason!

When you buy a sniper rifle you just adopted a certain type of warfare with it and that is the Sniper Warfare. As a sniper, in Airsoft or in real life, you do not just charge out and start shooting you find a spot where you can't be seen and quietly and patently neutralize the target. If you are found you have failed, straight out! You also conserve your rounds so ten rounds is all you need. There is a complicated art to sniping. Its hard, but very satisfying if you can get it right.

4 out of 5- Follow up

Following Ghillie's comment, the Tanaka mag that holds 29 will work with the KJW m700p. Take Down I don't know since I never used it, but I would guess it also does. Its about 2 times as much as this mag, $80 or so. So thats about 10 more rounds. I would go ahead and pick one of those up.

But to review this mag. I have a HPA system rigged and bought another one of these in case of a mess up. Well now I have 2 mags, one 10 rounds, the other 29, on propane(for back up) and one 10 round mag on HPA. Over all this mag is well built. Price of course could drop a little.

5 out of 5- Awsome sniper mag

Atomic duck you are an idiot. Like Sniper777 said this is a SNIPER mag NOT AEG MAG! Anyway good looks but dont drop it or else you will get the problems stated by Sniper.
