    3 out of 5- Great mags...for a new sniper.

The MK-96 is the GOD of all low cost sniper rifles and has a monster range.

If you are an old airsoft you probably know this.

    1. If you are a sniper who plays in major events you know that a sniper waits for his shots. Now,the gun has two mags already that hold 26 rounds and if you can get 52 kills in one game that is pritty good.

    2. If you are a REAL sniper you know how to shoot and not be found. So if you run out of ammo you could easily reload your two mags before any knows where you are.

(TIP):This is a tip for the new airsofters out there. Most of the time when you get hit you walk to a respane point and go right out.So when you make a kill move to a different spot so the guy you shot will not find you.

    Im out,AIRSOFT RULES

5 out of 5- Great Magazines for a great gun

These magazines are great very durable and mostly metal. You will need a UTG speed loader with a special attachment (comes with gun) to load these quickly though. They are a pain in the butt to load if you do not have a speed loader. A normal AEG speed loader probably will not work with this magazine. Also while loading, BB's can get caught in the inside and it won't go inside the gun. Easy fix, just hit the magazine against your hand and you should be fine. Thanks to the spring inside this magazine it reloads very easily, it pops right out. The mags are small and a little smaller than your wallet and will fit in most pants' pockets and pouches (except pistal mag pouches.) Overview: Great magazines, very durable, and a pretty average price. I actually cant find them any cheaper on any other sites and shorty has pretty cheap shipping so its cheaper to buy from shorty.

    5 out of 5- Like I said

I suggested shorty's gets these and I am glad they did. I bought these spare mags today, so they should be coming in two days which is one day shipping (they ship it tomorrow, and it comes in one day). The mags are good. Metal and good capacity. The lower textured part is plastic but the rest is metal. When you press the assist the mag pops out of the gun making it easier to reload. The price is higher than the M324 mags and M87 mags 2 pack because this is more metal. So buy this in your UTG MK96 along with Maruzen internal parts because this one is mainly plastic internally. Everything on the UTG MK96 is compatible with the Maruzen one except the barrel. Also this is not an Accuracy International L96 it is an Accuracy International AE Rifle.

    5 out of 5- Good

This noob, "Airsoft Owns", said that you should get four of these. Wow he knows nothing about sniping and he never touched the mag. He said it is full metal but the textured lower part is plastic. Two mags is enough. Sniping is about patience, accuracy, and most importantly, shooting your target. Also airsoft rules said this holds 26 rounds but it holds 23.

5 out of 5- not needed

the magazines are almost full metal. the spring loaded feature is really cool. they are very high quality magazines. u really dont need more than the two that come with your gun. snipeing is all about patience and stealth. so unless u are a trigger happy nut-job u should save your $ and buy a nice scope instead

5 out of 5- Great mags!

These mags work great with my mk96...They are full metal and work great with a speed loader. If you are going to get or have a mk96 make sure you get like 4 of these because the real sniper person knows that if your out there on the field and you dont have an automatic weapon...You do not want to run out of rounds...Great buy!!

    GO SHORTYS!

    5 out of 5- great

most people will say that being a sniper is about using few rounds, and having patience. which is very true.

but if there are multiple people charging me, i can still shoot the rifle fairly fast, easily shooting a full clip in under 30 seconds. so if this happens to u, these mags are a pain to reload so buying a couple extra is a good choice. also its just much easier, so that an enemy doesnt walk by your nice little hiding spot while you are trying to reload a magazine, and u can just slip the empty magazine in you pocket and pop in a new one.

    5 out of 5- Mags

I never bought the spare mags, because the MK96 already comes with 2 mags, but i can tell you this.

The bottom half of the magazine it made of some unknown metalic alloy (lol, i don't know what it is) and the top half of the magazine is made of a durable plastic.
The magazine also holds the BBs like the magazine of a real gun. It's a dual stack magazine, meaning that instead of a single colum of bbs, there are almost 2 coloms of bbs, well sort of. Each bb is stacked halfway on each other, allowing it to hold a few extra rounds.

When loading, you can push the plastic upper half into the metal bottom half for easier loading. Since the bb reciever does not have a back to it, i find it easier to close both sides of the reciever with one hand and insert the speed loader from the top.

If you actually buy this, you'll know what i mean.

3 out of 5- not the greatest clips in the world

i have these magazines for my mk96 and these things are tough to get out of the gun. at my friend's party i had to carry a screwdriver to pry the magazine out of the gun. And that can't be good for the gun or the magazine.
