JG M4 Carbine AEG Airsoft Rifle - Great Gun

i would recommend the universal smart charger because you would forget about the battery and leave it charging for abour 10 hours and that isn't good

recommend:
universal smart charger
tactical magazine holder: good to hold your magazines, speedloader and bb's
120 bb speedloader
extra 300 rd mag: so you can just pull off empty mag and pop in new one
extra bbs because you run out quick

thanks, buy gun it is good

UTG M3L Multi-Shot Spring Airsoft Shotgun Full Stock - UTG M3L

Reviewer: pinkfloyd4311
Rank: PVT
Location: Laurel Springs, NJ
read all my reviews

(this is a pretty lengthy review so if you're looking for a simple pros and cons list, take your impatient ass and scroll down)

Ok so I've grown up shooting shotguns, as all the Mertons have, so I naturally love them. I'd seen the UTG M3L (full stock version) when it first came out and thought it was really cool that it was a shell fed tri barrel shotgun, ie, a real shotgun. Now that I had a high end primary I could afford to drop some cash into a good shotgun. I had recieved positive and negative comments about getting one, the main negative comment was "You'll never use it". Yes, I realize that I may not use it frequently but as aforementioned I just love shotguns.

I looked at the Maruzin ca870 sawed off shotgun but realized I didn't want to blow $100 on a 20 inch long shotty that was clip fed. I then came to the debate between the TM and UTG M3L. I'd heard from many respectible sources that they were essentially the same with only minor aesthetic differences. I found a TM M3 for a low price but some things came to light about the seller so I held off. After much thought I decided on the UTG M3L.

So, on Saturday May 10 DR and I took a ride down to Shorty USA in Delaware. I'd heard that the UTG was toyishly light and when the guy handed me the UTG all my perceptions were blown out of the water. To me it is the perfect weight, not light but not heavy. I then looked at the new Echo 1 shotguns but it just looked too modern for me. I like shotguns to look at least somewhat like the classic ones, and the Echos were just the opposite. I knew I'd have to get extra shells as well because what self repspecting shotugn owner has but 2 shells? I made my purchase and went to the back to shoot it. As everyone says, it is pretty hard to cock the first time you shoot it. I pulled it back and nothing, then again nothing, then I got it. One bb went straight while the others veered off. I knew I just had to lube it and I'd be fine so I finished the shell and packed it up and headed home.

As soon as I got home I grabbed my silicon lube, bag of ammo, and was off to the woods (right behind my house). I sprayed some lube down each of the barrels, loaded up all the red and black shells (f*** those ugly ass green ones) and took my position atop the foundation of an old house in the woods. I was very impressed. The shots shot much more straight than the initial firing. For all the first shots I used .25s so I decided to try out some .2s. I'd really advise against doing so because the bbs loose any grouping after a very short distance. So, I stuck with the .25s for the rest of the night. Even with the .25s you don't get a VERY tight grouping, about 1.5 feet at 100+ ft, but it's a SHOTGUN, meant to spread about and wreak havoc to all in front of it. Zorlord came over and we sat on the foundation shooting the M3 for hours, stopping only when the sun had set.

Pros:
- 130 dollars less than the TM counterpart
- Extra shells are cheap, $15 for 6 more
- Cocking safety, after you have cocked the gun, you cannot cock it again until you've shot, unlike the TM which you can break if you cock it multiple times.
- Soft, textured grips on the butt of the stock, hand grip, and pump
- Shell fed
- Shells are the same size as 12 guage shells (see pics)

Cons
- Somewhat hard to cock (not hard for me, only the first time people shoot it)
- If you partially cock the gun, then fully cock it you will fire 5 or 6 bbs which may hurt the gun
- Shells do not come in one set color (purely personal preference, I'd prefer all black or all red)

So if you're buying this gun make sure you do the following:

1. Lube the barrel before you judge the shooting
2. Only use .25s unless you want a completely random spread

Overall this is a fabulous gun. I love that it is shell fed, so when you load it it feels like you're loading the real thing and has 3 barrels so again, it is like a real shotgun. The only gripes I have are the s***ty shell colors and the fact that if you partially cock it, then fully cock it the gun shoots over 3 shots which I fear may f*** up the gun.

To tell you the truth i probably had the best gun there because i was hitting men left and right. This gun has amazing power great feel and is amazingly durable. You can drop this gun all you want and it will still be intact. I definitely recommend that you get a holster for this gun and an extra mag which will put you up to 44 rounds which ia a lot more rounds than a reg mag. the cocking is really easy on this gun you just slide it back and shoot. it takes all of less than a second. I recommend that everybody wants a cheap backup. i suggest that you get this gun for the power feel and durability that this amazing gun will give you for all of $20. And even if you don't want this color thay have a full silver, full black, black slide silver handle, or even silver slide black handle. All the same type of gun same type of feel and same power. So in the end this is the best backup springer i have had and i suggest all should buy. And everybody have a great time shooting.

Taurus Millenium - PT111 Softair Spring Pistol - almost decently ok.

ok! first off i got this gun a little while after CHRISTmas at .... it was like 18 bucks or something, so i guess if you get this you get a slightly better deal. at the time i was not very into airsoft, but now i can't get enough of it.

recently i was doing a video review on this gun to put on you tube. i pretty much started out by saying that there isn't too much i like about the gun. i was right in the middle of it when i cocked it, and it broke in my hand. "in the end, read the bottom to see a cool prank i do with this gun."
honestly there isn't anything good about this gun!

pros:
looks cool
small
easy to cock (until it breaks, and then when you cock it the top snaps off)
it has a good hand grip.

cons:
first off it isnt a good brand
not reliable
breaks WWWWAAAAYYYY to easy
not powerful
HORRABLE hop up (meaning it goes either straight up, or streight down)
bad effective range
doesnt hurt AT ALL.
this is an over all BAD GUN!!!

my prank: i broke my gun appart, (after it broke on me,) and took the insides out. i took a teddy bear, ripped out one of the eye balls, and the stuffing in the head, and placed my gun inside.i stuck the end of the barrel in in the eye, and put the stuffing back in behind the gun. now when people walk into my room, i can just hold it with one hand, and put the other hand inside the bear, and on the trigger. they see a bear, but what they dont know is that they are about to get shot ten times!!!

UTG MK23 Navy SEAL Airsoft Spring Pistol - This was my first airsoft gun

Reviewer: Rick404
Rank: PVT
Location: Oakville, CT
read all my reviews

While this was my first airsoft gun, I have many friends who I've played with, and I have used a TON of different guns, ranging from low power pistols and mini AEGs to gas pistols, high-end AEGs, and sniper rifles. Because of this, i know what a good gun is, and this gun is an INSANE gun.

I bought this a little over a year ago, and when i first got it, it consistantly shot for AT LEAST 250 ft. NO LIE. It was accurate for up to maybe 150-180 feet, which is crazy for a spring pistol. the bb goes perfectly straight and hits it's target every time. i was just playing for fun against my friend who had a pistol similar to this one in quality, in a backyard battle, and i hit the piece right in between his safety glasses...from like 100 feet!!

now, mine only goes for about 100 feet before curving down, but it's normal for a springer to do that after a while, provided i shot at least 5,000 rounds through it in the past year. now it is pretty much the best backup weapon ever. before this, i was able to compete against shotguns and rifles even. like some have said, i doesn't hurt much, but come on. it doesn't have to kill the person to be a good gun. all it has to do is hit them, and it definitely does that.

also it is a great deal for it to come with TWO 26 round magazines. I have gone for whole battles with this as my only weapon without even having to load a magazine.

overall an amazing gun, and for 20 bucks????? i would be willing to pay up to $60 for this! This is a great gun for both beginners and experienced airsoft players alike. I look forward to using this gun for a long time.

The only really bad part about this gun that i've seen is that if you want all three shots to come out, you gotta tilt the barrel slightly down. If you cock it straight up nothing will come out. Also if you get this gun you need to get the extra shells because this thing will guzzle rounds if you're in an intense battle. The cocking is hard for weak people but you get used to it. Overall this gun can take on an expensive electric gun any day and it's amazing.

My friend's utg shotgun keeps breaking due to cheap plastics and few metal parts. Anyway I own two great echo 1's the G36C version 3, and the original M4. Both have worked great in the past and I am confident that this gun will soon be a great seller for medium to hardcore players or to noobs with a lot of cash on their hands. To make a long review short, great gun buy it!

Because they have come out with this gun there is almost no reason to even buy a sniper rifle anymore. With this "airsoft SHOTGUN" you can actually just put a scope on it and call it a sniper. Some people play airsoft because they like the realism over paintball or other sports. In actual life, shotguns will have a hard time hitting something at 100-150 yds. when snipers can hit targets at over 2 miles. It's just disgusting. I personally used to like Echo 1 but with this gun people will BE SNIPING WITH SHOTGUNS. BUY THIS GUN AND YOU WILL HELP PUT DOWN THE SPORT OF AIRSOFT.

The sighting mechanism can be removed and replaced with a scope, a flashlight, or a red dot sight. The gear box is MOSTLY metal (that's a good thing). It features an adjustible hop-up system, wind up 300 round magazine, semi auto, and full auto. The Fps isn't that bad (it doesn't hurt a lot), but your friends or ENEMIES will run from the 800 *rpms!!
Holds an insane amount of BBs and like shorty said it does make a huge wall of BBs downrange. I can take out a whole group of people with one shot from this.
Loading it with gas is really easy, like shorty says all you do is push the base in and fill it with gas, rather than twisting the base (like on my friend's classic army grendade) This also uses green gas (impossible to find now) propane and Co2. I Recommend using propane over Co2 but that's just me. As for price this is almost the same as the 124 rounds so this is obviously better.
The reason that this scope is so expensive, is because of the quality. It is very, very durable and will never fail you unlike a cheaper scope. The crosshairs are absolutely awesome too. Another great thing about this scope is that it never fogs up. If you want to save money and buy a cheaper scope, go right ahead. They do not go quite as fast as .20 bbs but they hit a lot harder and are WAY more accurate. Once you start using .25 bbs, you can never go back to using .20s because of the difference in accuracy. Also, they are biodegradable which is great because we are keeping our planet clean and playing our favorite sport at the same time. Do not ever hesitate to buy biodegradable bbs, even though they cost a little more, they are well worth the price. The last thing we need is more pollution.

I have had for a couple of months now and it is one of the best guns I have. I have a Tokyo Marui M16 A1 which is great. I upgraded my M16 to use as a sniper rifle. It shoots about 400 fps(with .2) and is very accurate. It's range is about 150 feet. This Utg kills my Tokyo Marui at fps, range, and accuracy. This gun is very accurate. At 40 feet I had a 1.5 inch spread with five bbs. At 80 feet I had a 3 inch spread with 5 bbs. And at 160 feet I had a spread of a foot. You might think this is not very good but it is. If you are a pro and want a back up sniper this is perfect. It is also perfect if you just play on the weekends with your friends and want a gun to shoot from long distances and nail your friends.

UTG M324
Fps- 5 out of 5
Range- 5 out of 5
Accuracy- 4.5 out of 5 (Don't get me wrong it is extremely accurate but up against a TM Vsr 10 it is not quite as good)
Capacity- 4 out of 5 (Good for sniper rifle but not good along other standards)
Looks- 5 out of 5
Playability(How well the rifle does in war- 4-5

Tokyo Marui M16 A1
Fps- 4.5 out of 5
Range- 4.5 out of 5
Accuracy- 4.5 out of 5
Capacity- 5 out of 5
Looks- 5 out of 5
Playability- 5 out of 5 (It's a sick Assault that isn't bad in CQB and doubles as a good sniper rifle.)

Summary :
My suggestion is to get it and use it when playing in secluded areas and have a gun that is a sub machine gun. The best combo I could think of is to get a M4, M16, or Aug as a primary assault rifle that doubles as a sniper. And get a good gas handgun as a secondary. For those of you who are wondering if the Aegs will compete with the Utg in accuracy, they do. With my M16 I had an inch spread at 50 feet and a foot spread at 150 feet.Hope this helped
Upon opening the box i was greeted by a jet black pistol with rubber grips, it is one of the most comfortable pistols I have ever held.

Performance: Now what we are waiting for... This thing is amazing, the range and fps are outstanding, and accuracy is very respectable. When I took my Glock 17 to an airsoft game my friends were greatly impressed on how well this thing performed. It can easily hit a man sized target at 100 feet no problem at all.

Build Quailty: I have been airsofting for 8 years and I have been around a lot of crappy guns and a lot of great performers. This gun is one of my favorites, I have yet to have something fall off this gun, durabilty is amazing. One problem I have encoutered was with the spare mag... it seems to spray the bbs out if accidently bumped when it's in my vest.

Overal great gun, I highly recommend it!
I wasn't used to capping my barrels, but since a lot of fields are requiring them now, I thought I'd get into the habit. Well, getting into the habit of putting the barrel cap on was easy. Remembering to take it off is a little harder. Second time after I capped it I went out for some target shooting at night. Forgot to take the cap off. I couldn't understand why the gun wasn't firing. I thought the magazine was misloading. I did the rounds; check the magazine to see if it was full, wound it up a little just to make sure, pushed it in a little firmer, checked the battery connections, ect. Then my little brother, who was watching, said, "You forgot to take the cap off!" I must have fired twenty rounds before he realized what was wrong. I pulled the cap off and bb shards fell onto the ground. I probably fired ten rounds on full auto then ten more on semi while I was checking the gun. The cap was completely unharmed. I'll have to remember to take it off next time, or I might damage the gun; the cap will be fine.
Get this! IT WORKS!

Mad Bull M110 Spring - This is a good upgrade

Reviewer: joesjeans
Rank: MG
Location: lancaster, PA
read all my reviews

If you have a gun that doesn't have as high an FPS as you want? The M110 spring is the upgrade for you. Sure, it doesn't give as much power as the M120's, but it doesn't put your gearbox at risk.

Oh, wait, you didn't know that? The action of the Spring being streched and released time and time again can put massive strains on your gearbox, to the extent of actually shattering the metal. Unless you have a reinforced gearbox and other upgraded internals, you want to stay away from the M120.

Buy this M110. It is not held under the same tension as the M120, and does not pose a threat to your AEG. Chances are, if you need to upgrade your gun to get it to fire 340 fps, your gun probably isn't capable of hosting and M120. This spring however will give you your power boost and keep your gun safe.

There is also reason for people with higher power guns to get this. By downgrading your spring from whatever it was to this, even if it means losing 30-40 fps, can be a good choice. Your ROF will increase and your gearbox will last longer. Your motor won't burn out quite as fast, your gears won't strip, your piston won't shatter quite so soon; it's a pretty good chance that you could increase your gun's lifetime by a manner of years.

So you can see, buying and installing this spring is a good choice for anyone. The M120 might appeal to the power junkies, but rest assured, when their guns stop working months after they upgrade them, you can laugh in their faces as you shoot them with your fully functional AEG. Spending $16 and 30fps for this spring versus $400 every few months for a new AEG; I think we can all see what the better deal is.

ECHO 1 Phantom II AEG Airsoft Rifle Green - Looks Stupid, Works Great

Regardless, its performance more than makes up for its hideous apperance. The bull-pup design is a work of sheer genius, if not of art. Echo 1 is really becoming a serious contender in the AEG race. I can't wait to see what they come up with next.
Most of the weight in this gun is concentrated in the back, closer to your elbow. This makes carrying it much, much easier. When you hold it, it balances itself in your grip and feels like and extension of your arm. Other AEG's put the center of gravity further forward, taking a constant effort on your part to keep the barrel up.
If you really don't care about looks and want to buy purely on functionality, this gun is the way to go. Buy it, as it is a great design.

UTG makes great shotguns, but Echo 1 just trumped them.
The only con to this weapon is the price: a little expensive for a spring gun, but who cares?
All it needs is a high cap mag. It would be nice also if Shorty could post some pictures so that everyone can drool over it. Great Gun!

Pros:
Very sturdy
Feed flawlessly
They don't rattle
No winding
Cons:
PLASTIC(this will not be a problem if you take care of your gun and magazines![i know it's not a problem for me!!])
When i play 3 vs. 1 or 2vs. 1 i normally use the MK23 and I just about win every time. This gun is extremely acurate and the silencer is better with it on, the silencer increases the range and it also actually silences the shot, the silencer is definitely not cheap. The clip capacity is great, 26rds, and it comes with two, but never put one more BB than 26, if you do so the gun will be hard to cock and will jam, trust me it happend to me. Between my AK-47 war hawk and my MK23, for small battles I use the MK23, but for larger ones AK-47 for sure. This gun is better than its price!!!!

PROS:
-Great accuracy
-Amazing fps
-Cheap
-Great feel
-Silencer silences
-Amazing range

CONS:
Though it has a very high magazine capacity of 25 it does not make up for the FPS. In my personal opinion I think this is just for plinking around.

I usually go out with small groups (4 - 6 people) and I usually play the heavy gunner role, since I'm a pretty gutsy character. Anyhow, the first night out, this gun rocked! It's deadly accurate, even in 15MPH wind. I was hitting targets dead on, or with little variance, up to 100 - 150 ft away. Pretty impressive since my buddy, who has a Thompson which shoots 365FPS was having a hard time doing the same.

I have a few complaints, however, when I got the gun in, one part of the collapsable stock was detached. Not broken, just detached. It's the little bolt cap on the right side (if you're looking down the sights) that detached. Just took an allen wrench and repaired it rather quickly. The other complaint, which isn't the gun's fault, more so mine, is that, upon loading the battery, I accidentally dislodged a wire. I took it to a local repair shop and they fixed it nice and quick. Like I said, my fault - not the gun's - however, I suppose it should've been more secure.

I took this gun up to a local air soft field to have it chrono'd, it came it at 360 - 380FPS. Which astounds me! That means my BB's move anywhere from 264.21 - 278.88MPH. Talk about ouch factor at close range!

My War Story:

I was out at our local Multi-Purpose Park with four other people, playing an early morning game (1:00 or 2:00AM.) The field is completely dark, so, myself and my one teammate are moving up slowly on these pillars. We take them with ease and scan the horizon, looking for anyone's silhouette against what little light there was, when I noticed a black lump behind a rock about 20 yards ahead. I whispered to my buddy and began to inch forward. I came up to the rock, realized I was about 5 feet from my target and yelled "Drop it!" She did not, however, drop it and began shooting wildly, totally missing me. So I, being a jerk, unloaded into her side for about 5 seconds. The gun is so powerful at such close range that it broke her skin - every shot.

Gun is good not great I would highly recommend it to beginners i'll give you the pros and cons.

Pros
Accuracy
Durability
Fps is not bad at all
Range is pretty good
Looks
Feels nice
Cons
Hate the way it caulks
Dosen't look like a sniper
annoying sound

So the reason it's three stars is because if you play a lot of airsoft with classic armys or other high tech guns you will need a real sniper not a spring assaut rifle.

I wanted to use a Red-Dot sight for my ICS AEG MP5-A and didn't really like the other offerings, specifically the low rise mounts. I liked this one because it had 2 Weaver-style rails and was reversible in case I discovered I don't like my laser/flashlight(to be purchased later) on the left.

I knew the rail was a little high from the pictures, but what I didn't know, and I'm pretty sure wasn't really pointed out well in Shorty's description was that you can still use the Iron Sights with this on--which is pretty f'n cool.

I use an Eotech-style red-dot for my mp5 and love it with this rail mount. It sits nice and high and wasn't at all a problem for me to zero in. The key is to put your face in the same spot every time (a common technique). I could agree with the above poster that it might raise it up a bit much for a G3, since a G3 is an Assault rifle and is usually used in the prone, resulting in an awkward neck position.

I however have no problem with the height it raises whatever sight one uses. To me it feels natural on my MP5. Plus, it looks DANG close to the one you get on your MP5 in CoD4! (cool, right?!)

Gave it a 4 because it might be awkward on a G3, but for an MP5? Go for it. You get 2 weaver mounts with it, and can still use the Iron Sights.
